Lightbulb Comparison Question

Hi I'm new to this WOE and am trying to compare Atkins and Sugar Busters to see what's best for me. Any help in hitting the high points would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

When you read Dr. Atkins, he is down on Sugar Busters, (though most books are down on other plans) because it does little to correct the problem of insulin resistance that his plan is perfect for curing. There are three types of people listed towards the beginning of the book, I think they are labeled A, B, and C. One group's problems are their metabolisms, and another group's problems are insulin resistance, and the third group is food addiction, or carb addiction. If you answer the questions in the book, it tells you which group you are probably in. For anyone with insulin resistance or carb addiction, Atkins is the best bet. Most of the metabolism problems will also respond to Atkins as well.

Here on the site, you can check out 'Which low-carb plan is right for me?' on the side bar of quick links. You can also check out the plan comparison thread listed on the main page.
