I HAVE JUST STARTED A PLAN , I NEED TO LOSE 70 POUNDS INITIALLY TO GET THE OPERATION DONE THAT I SO BADLY NEED.

I WORK FORM 7pm- 3:30 am... WHICH ARE TERRIBLE HOUR AS I AM NEITHER NIGHTS OR DAYS REALLY A BIT OF BOTH ... THANK YOU GIVING ME SOMEWHERE TO COME FOR HELP AND IDEAS..

Congratulations on started you will really love this way of eating.....I also work nights which is 7pm to 730am here which i have no idea what time that is there...oh its 430am here right now

there are several night shifters that I have spoken to on here as of late that are just starting low carb or continuing low carb
