Unhappy Pain

I was in two small car accidents( 1 in Dec. and the other March) The resulting muscle pain has made it really hard to do allot of the exercise I used to enjoy. Sneezing makes me cry! I have always considered myself a strong person, I'm only five feet but I was the first person to be asked to lift things. Now I'm so weak. I know its going to take time, I guess I just have allot of patience for other people and none for myself. I hike up a river valley trail (includes three sets of stairs) twice a day with my dog, the poor guy ! I just mentally say to myself 'one more step' , every step; Plus I keep thinking how really dumb I will look if I collapse. LOL
I enjoy reading all your posts, I take allot of notes.

So sorry to hear about your accidents. Has your doctor cleared you to exercise? If so, I think you'll need a lot of patience. I know how hard it is when you just want to get out there and run or lift this or that and you can't. I have torn both of my ACL's and the first recovery was long and hard and frustrating. Keep your head up and we're all here for support!
