Question Good bread for me??

Hi everyone, Ive been doing low carb for about 2 months. First it was to lose weight, but I feel so great with my Fibromyalgia pretty much in remission, I now follow it to just feel healthy! Of course losing is nice too. Anyhow my question is this. Im doing a 42 mile walk in two weeks which I have been training for. I don't usually eat before my run every morning but want to start having a little something with carbs in it. I found a bread which is srictly made of Rye flour, water and salt. Do you think it's ok to have one slice with no sugar peanut butter in the morning? One slice has 16 grams of carbs. The reason I want to do this is to see if my tummy is going to react on the walk. I don't want any surprises along the way. Im trying to keep my carbs below 50 right now. My main question: Is rye flour alright? What other kinds of flour are?? Thankyou.....I hope I make sense!
