Default Chillie (sp)

Hello, I am still new to this LC thing and we have a kitchen here and they make chillie here everyday. It is heavy with ground beef and is not to sweet but it containes beens. I would love to pour this on let say beef pattes. Any comments? I am normaly low in my carb count for the day and I would be using 1 to 1/2 cup of chillie, so 1/4 cup of beens. Also could I count the beens as fiber?

I crave chili at times too, but I push the beans aside while I am eating, they are big enough to see and it is easy enough to do, then you are not guessing at how much you should or shouldn't eat of them.

Good luck

Cindy
