Smile Newbie from Quebec

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this group. I'm 37 years old, married and have a 12 year old daughter. I just started back on CAD. I tried it 2 years ago but fell of the wagon. I've lost 6lbs as of today. Any others here from the Montreal area?

Smile Montreal

Hi Pat,

I'm not from Quebec but just next door in Ontario. I've started doing a few courses at McGill and really enjoy Montreal.

Congratulations on your loss. I'm new here to and it seems like a great spot, there are so many parts of this site to explore.

Welcome

Lea

Hi Lea!
Montreal is nice. I wouldn't live in the city though. I'm more for the slower pace suburban life. I used to work in Montreal and know it like the back of my hand. The underground city too.

What courses are you taking? I took some night courses in accounting a while back at Champlain College. Would like to update my skills, things change so rapidly.

I weighed in this morning at 137. Yipee! Only 12 more to go.
I agree with you that there is so much info here, you could go for days and days just reading everything! I guess that I should welcome you too since you're also new. Welcome!!

Happy low-carbing,

Pat
