Veggie ? for induction.

Hi again =) I was just wondering.... I love brussel sprouts, and perusing the Atkins website they have a recipe or 2 for brussel sprouts that says its ok for phase 1. But yet.. it's not listed in my Atkins Basic Manual Diet as an acceptable vegetable. On the site one of the recipes only at 6.5 carbs/serv. Anyone have any input. Ditch the brussel sprouts or eat? =) Thanks.

hi Kirsten,

Brussels sprouts are definitely included in Induction, according to my copy of DANDR, 1999 edition (top of page 98) .. and I checked the Atkins official website, and brussels sprouts are definitely on the list of acceptable foods for Induction.

So enjoy! I love 'em too
