Amount of exercise?
I'm wondering if I'm exercising long enough to get the benefits?
20 minutes on recumbent cycle
Step machine- can't do this one for long...try for 100 steps right now
Crunches on a execise ball
Leg exercises I saw in a magazine
Usually we walk on lunch break at work-1-1 1/2 miles 4-5 times a week.
Is this about normal? Not real sure what to shoot for.
