Default Sugar

Just a quick question - bbq sauce and hot wing sauce both contain sugar but minimal amounts of carbs per tablespoon. Is the issue with sugar that it may trigger cravings - if I add the carbs & calories in fitday I'm still okay. Just wondering?

I think the issue is that it can trigger cravings. I usually am okay with using a tiny bit of BBQ sauce once in a while, as long as I don't too often. I have not yet found a sugar-free one readily available near where I live, so I just look to see what has the fewest carbs and then use it sparingly, and only occasionally.

Thank you - that's what I figured. We treat ourselves every couple of weeks to "take out" wings so I know they are higher in carbs and would contain more sugar than if I made them at home, so I keep my carbs to an absolute minimum on those days.
