Question Am I eating too late on nights I have Exercise class?

I recently signed up for a local exercise class and have been trying to go 2-3 times a week. Here is my problem: I work 52 hours a week. 8-5 M-F and 9-3 on Sat. I am getting off work at 5pm and have to leave the house at 5:30 to get to class by 6pm. I get home around 7:15pm. I cannot get dinner cooked and eaten before 5:30 (not that I want to anyway! I could not imagine class on a full stomach). BUT, that makes me not cooking and eating until between 7:30 and 8 pm! Then I am going to bed at 9pm! OH WHAT A MESS!! Is this too late to be eating dinner? I feel so full when I go to bed! UGH. I do work from home (work and rent from my boss) so should I cook and try to eat dinner earlier? Say around 3-4 pm? So many questions! LOL I get up at 6am and eat breakfast around 8am, and lunch at 1pm. Is this all too confusing?! LOL I hope not, just looking for some answers. I don't want all the work to be for nothing! Know what I mean?

Well...I guess I have answered my own question over time! Since I have been doing it for almost a month now and have not gained any weight, I can only guess that it does not matter what time you eat but that you eat the right things and continue your exercise program.
