I did a 60 minute spinning class last night. Great work out. I was soaked.

I tried a total body conditioning class last night. I was the only male in the class and consider myself in fair shape.
I was dragging so much 30 minutes into the class and I was I was looking around me at these young gals and there were going strong and smiling and I was practically crying.
I am so sore this morning, I can barely move. It was a lot a squats with weights, finished off by 20 minutes of different kinds of sit-ups.
