My favorite low carb bar has been the Biochem, Ultimate LoCarb Bar, especially the chocolate nut brownie. My health food store in Victoria says that it is no longer available from their supplier. I have a friend in Washington state who says that her healthfood store is no longer carrying it.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on with this company and their products
I see that it is listed as available over the web from California, but by the time I pay the exchange rate, and the shipping from there, the cost is outlandish
I would be grateful if any one can enlighten me on this one. Is is available widely in toronto?

I was wandering around and saw this post that you posted almost a month ago! I don't know what is going on but they are still available in my area (PA). I also enjoy the chocolate nut brownie!!!

They just released a new line of protein-laced candy, so they aren't out of business or anything.

the local corner store around my apartment still carries them, so I don't know what's up with Biochem. Maybe it's a distribution thing?

It looks like Netrition no longer carries them either.
