Cool Brand New...finally taking the plunge!

Hi everybody.

I'm 20 and a univeristy student, and I just started the Carb Addicts diet today, its worked for a few members of my family, so I'm hopeful because I've seen it work, I just hope that I can hold out!

Any good advice on recipes? Also being a student and living in an apartment about the size of a matchbox with a budget just about as small, any low cost-low carb ideas?

By the way, congrats to all of you who've been losing! Although I'm only 20, I've been doing the whole diet thing for a lot of years and have had to deal with dressing way different from my friends because I'm too big for those clothes, so me and a friend are gonna do this whole weight loss thing together! Wish me luck!

Smile Welcome Ivory

Welcome! This diet is really great and thereward meal lets you have those carbs for one hour. I am really enjoying it so far and I am just starting my second week.

Eggs for breakfast are great and they are pretty inexpensive... I like to have rollups for lunch with cheese and ham. If you find the ham on sale it is pretty inexpensive as well. And then the reward meal... well you can figure that for yourself.

Good luck and I hope to hear from you often on how you are doing!
