Have a look in the General Low Carb forum for a thread by Karen about the Uses and Abuses of Induction - it may answer a few of your questions.

I think it's likely that you're body will come around to LC again - if you stick with it. LCing has many positive side effects, the fat loss is but one. Enjoy the energy and feeling of well being that LC brings - enjoy the improved sleep. Enjoy your WOL.

Continue following your plan and give your body the time it needs to come around. There are also a few things you can do to help boost your metabolism:

1. Eat smaller more frequent meals. Eating 6 times a day instead of 3 stabilizes blood sugar and keeps your metabolism up.

2. Lift weights. Lifting weights will build lean muscle mass. Active muscle needs to eat and it's favoured source of fuel is your body fat. The more lean muscle you have the more fat you burn.

3. Do not switch back and forth between high and low carb - it's tantamount to yo-yo dieting and it confuses your body - as Karen's excerpt from DANDR stated, eventually induction will stop working for you all together.

Cheers,
Nat

Default interesting!

your not the only person I've heard of who in using supplements has stopped losing. It must be some kinda of phenomenom. In fact, if I take a lot of them I don't lose either.

Make sure your sups haven't gotten any surprises in them first. Then I'd just take a multi and slowly add others to see which one stalls you. I'm a firm believer that supplements are not one size fits all.

HTH!
