Question Using coconut oil

Another oily question: (and its only 7:05 a.m.!)

How does one use coconut oil? I bought a small bottle, but it looks rather solid at room temperature.

Put it in warm water to melt it, then transfer it to a jar so you can scoop it out. I have a jar of it that I keep in the fridge. I usually use it in curries, but it would be good for frying chicken, pork and vegetables.

Done! and thank you! The only thing I could think of was microwaving, but I remembered that microwaving fats can be explosive.

A 250 ml mason jar was the perfect size.
