Thumbs up Wow! I am truly impressed!

I can't believe all the knowledge on this board! I have only been here for a few days, and I have learned so much from you. I just read that very extensive thread on exercise on an empty stomach and I am so impressed with the wisdom of the "experts" on this thread!

Thank you so much. I know now that this is the place for me.
Even if for some reason I don't lose weight, I feel I will be healthier having support from people like you.

I applaud your willingness to help others and to share your experience and knowledge. Thanks again!

I couldn't agree more Artsy! I find that the exercise forum in particular has an incredible amount of knowledge that I would never otherwise learn.

Don't just focus on the current posts. Keep scrolling through the pages. Or use the search feature to find a topic of particular interest to you.

I think what I like most is that it's so much practical knowledge rather than just theory. And I've been enormously influenced here. In fact, as I type this I'm covered in sweat, having just returned from the gym and I'm drinking my whey protein with L-Glutamine.

Allison,

It will take me weeks to digest all this info. The one thing I would never do is take the stackers--I've heard of people dying with them. But I will go and get the L Glutamine. That is something I wish I had known about before my surgeries. I can certainly use it now that I belong to a gym. And if it helps with Growth Hormone, maybe it will keep my young too.
