A question about a suplement

Hey guys.. I know I have not been on here for a while.. I have been doing alot of work studying... the teachers are Nazis this year!

Anyway, my question is that I just purchased flax oil pills..
I know that I should take them.. but how do they help with losing weight???

they don't, as far as I know, except that they add essential oils which are necessary for health. Do a internet search under "flax oil benefits" to read more....and don't buy pills without knowing why first!
