Default Fitday/CALP confusion

I am following the CALP diet and with it you do not count carbs of cal.,only make sure your reward meal is properly balanced (salad+ 1/3protiens,1/3carbs, and 1/3 craving reducing veggies). I like the formula of 10xbody wt for calories. Now here is the confusion- 2 days ago I had 3-4 cups lettuce salad, protiens anda craving reducing veg, only 1/4 c gr beans but Fit day registered no fiber!! What was all that lettuce!??
Also since the CALP does not count what should the ratio of fat/carbs/protiens be?
Any input would be great.

Cogin, lettuce is very low in fiber - even romaine. You'd be better off with green veggies like broccoli, asparagus, brussel sprouts, green beans etc.

Can't help you with the other question - I am not overly familiar with CALP, but I am sure someone will along with some help.

Cheers,
Nat
