I've never figured out how to make real cheese taste that phony.

I buy D. L. Jardine's Queso Loco, which is available in the salsa section of the grocery. You can add ground beef with taco seasoning, scallions, sour cream, guacamole, etc. to make a layered dip.

This stuff has 4 gm. carb for 2 tablespoons. Layering it with the things I mentioned stretches out the carb count.
