How many carbs per serving? How many servings are made at a time?
Are the brownies cake like, or fudge like?

9 carbs per serving, 11 serving per box. i just divided them into 12 equal portions. they r just like "real" brownies

I add high quality unsweetened cocoa to the batter to up the chocolate taste and cut the sweetness. Also, you can use butter instead of oil for richness.

The Carbsense brand brownies are also fantastic and have only 3 net carbs per brownie. For real indulgence you can add a tablespoon of Chapman's 'no sugar added' vanilla ice cream on top, with a drizel of Colac chocolate topping. Divine!

I have to admite these are one of the few products that are in my opinion are as good as there carby counterpart. The problem is that for those trying to stick to near or induction levals 9 net carbs is a lot. As much as I love these I think im going to need to find something a little closer to the three carbs of the carbsence brand. <sigh>

lol it's funny how different everyones tastes are. i find the atkins brownies taste just like cornbread, no chocolate flavoring at all! nice consistency but it makes me feel like i burnt the cornbread mix. i find the same thing for the muffin mixes too

Thumbs up Atkins Brownie mix

Wo! Just tried the Atkins Brownie Mix and they are great! Mine came out fudgy just like I like them. Thanks for the butter vs. oil advice! My only question is: did anyone else think they were a little thinner than regular brownies? I used a convection oven and am wondering if that's why.
