Okay, people. We've got to eat on Sunday's, too. It's the law

I can only post breakfast now. I've been having stomach problems and don't know what I'll be able to tolerate.

Breakfast -- 4 slices slab bacon.

(Plan for lunch: steak and spinach)

(Plan for dinner: short ribs, which I didn't cook yesterday, and Brussel sprouts)

alto, hope you feel better soon!

B: bacon (my weekend treat) and fried eggs. couple sections of grapfruit

L: leftover catfish and spinach salad

Sn: deviled egg, probably a few sunflower seeds

S: baked chicken and (hmm, what do I have as veggies?... maybe frozen GB's or canned artichoke hearts)

No lunch, just a snack: vienna sausages

Dinner: Creamy italian sausage, salad, crystal lite

"Creamless" cream of broccoli soup with a chicken thigh chopped into it

2 stalks celery, from the heart, Middle eastern string cheese
1 chicken leg

Beef coconut milk curry, panir cheese with Brussels sprouts, tomato, garam masala and butter
