Thumbs up Wolfie1 Works Out

Okay, I though I had better start a workout journal because my workouts are getting lost in my regular journal

So, my normal routein consists of walking, weights, DDR, and belly dance. I have recently mildly sprained my ankle, so my workouts will be limited for a while.

For today:

Belly dance about 30 minutes

the ankle is kind of sore, but nothing bad.

Argh! This drives me nuts! I have a big sweet dog that other dogs just feel the need to molest........ I hate having to backtrack, etc. to avoid them. <sigh>

What kind of dog do you have? Great job on keeping a log, it helps you stay consistent, cuz you don't want it sitting empty!

Hi Dane,

I posted in your journal...thanks for dropping by! I like the company

Well, I'm pretty sure that my ankle is well enough to start the DDR and belly dance again I still can't believe I fell off the mat

The right arm is still irritated from writing/typing and I've had ice on it for several days now....that really helps.

TOM has shown up early(or maybe now I'm just on a permenant 24 day schedule...who knows after all the problems I had). Hope it takes a few pounds with him...

DDR about 150 calories-workout mode in Standard.

I'm thinking that I need to go up to heavy because this isn't as challenging as it used to be. Funny how much harder the old game is compared to the newer versions. Can't even imagine oni mode
