It's as natural as breathing
Exercise is as natural as breathing -- I wake up in the morning and get nto my togs even without thinking. I used to jog, but realised it was not doing good to my ankles and knees, so walk up hill as fast as I can -- I've been cutting down on the time I cover the distance (I think I do about 3-4 kms) quite effortlessly -- I feel lighter on my feet, and I hardly huff-puff uphill -- can feel those hamstrings getting stronger, the abs getting tougher.
Did my 10 yoga exercises yesterday, so it was dumbell time today. Wondering whether to increase the weights, they felt quite easy today.
Haven't done any abs, or legs -- the floor is too dusty because I'm getting some home-redecor done (which is taking like forever... but, I've been told it is going to last for only another 4 days or so -- yeah, right!)
