Starting help
I don't have access to many foods in my house or stores near me. I have access to eggs, cereal, cheese, steaks, milk,tuna,yogurts and lettice. Thats not much but any suggestions on a food plan? Im thinking 2 boiled eggs for breakfast....thats enough for me. Ive also read about cereal with water...never heard of that but i could give it a try
For lunch what could i make? Im not a salad freak or vegetable freak but i do like lettice and raw onions. I can eat little since i can stop myself from food pretty easily. Just enough to get by until dinnertime.
And for dinner i can eat steak with butter? Ive read about that but what kind of steak do i want to buy? Or maybe something that involved yogurt is good. I also like canned tuna.
Im asking these questions because i would like your feedback. Right now im going to start my research on it while i wait for your thoughts on it. Thanks
