Question More questions...

Hi all...

I have a couple of new questions...

First, is there a best time to take my multivitamins? I know that I should be taking one, but haven't started yet. Also, I'd like to take an extra vitamin E; is there a best time to take that?

Next, I seen to have a slight case of constipation. I was wondering if taking something like FiberCon would help. I don't really like to take laxatives, but thought that a daily fiber tablet would be o.k. Any thoughts??

Finally, how can I figure out how much water I should be drinking everyday? Is it by weight? Or, is there a general amount that I should try for?

Default clogged works

I was really constipated for months despite taking psyllium husks and finally cured it by finding an iron-free mulitvitamin, which iTAKE ON ALTERNATE DAYS sorry accidental caps lock with my regular pill which contains iron. Also I'm eating more veg since I read about the effective carb count idea which means you don't count the carbs that are indigestible fibre.
Problem disappeared practically overnight, situation now normal for a couple of weeks, but had had it since I started in August.

If you drink enough water and get sufficient fat in your diet, the constipation may resolve itself.

Water formula: 64 oz + another 8 oz for every 25 pounds you have to lose.
