I am making your no bake cheese cake and I cannot find Sugar Twin products in Arizona..... can you help me with a substitute for the Sugar Twin... quantity etc...

Use Sweet and Low or Equal. I'm not sure what the equivalent would be in individual packages, but you can pretty much add it to taste. Start with 4 packets, and work your way up.

It's different from baking with sugar, where the amount will influence how something turns out.
