Today I did 3 sets of 8 with 8lb dumbbell .

upright row

One arm tricept extension

curl

I do not have a bench yet so for back and chest muscles I do push ups 3 sets of 8 girl style on knees.

Tomorrow I will walk 20-30 minutes
Wednesday lower body and abs work out.

25 minute walk with the dog . Its so gorgeous out today .

Did arms and upper body today . Also started L-glutamine yesterday .
