Hi. I am new to this but had a question. Years ago I was on Stillman Diet and it really did work well. I mean I lost 3 digits of weight. It seems impossible to find the book since its out of print and I am unable to get the diet. I was wondering if anyone still has the diet.
If anyone is using it I would love to hear there progress and helpful hints. Thanks ....Janet from Indiana

This post has been "stuck" and hidden for a while

This happens when a member clicks on the "Create a poll" button, but does not enter a poll. I found it today and deleted the "oll" option so that others may be able to provide an answer. I'm not aware of a recent publication of the Stillman diet, but others may know.
