Hi everyone.

I just wanted to point out that I am started a journal for myself, during my pregnancy. I am having a really hard time right now because I can't quite get my head around the idea that I have to be increasing carbs and eating differently. I don't know how to do this right exactly....I am doing my best. Anyway, I would appreciate any comments. Today is the first day, didn't post any menu's or numbers yet, but I hope it works out to help me in the long run.
