Talking 200's gone forever!!

I stepped on the scale this morning and I was 2 lbs lighter!! I'm now below 200. And I've also lost 1.5 inches from my waste.

I still have a hard time eating all this fat though. I feel guilty. I think it's all those years of low-fat dieting that had brainwashed me. But as I see the pounds melt away, I can't help but smile to myself, thinking about how all my low-carb bashing friends/relatives/co-workers' jaws will drop when they see me at goal! And of course they'll ask me how I did it (as they munch on celery and carrot sticks), and I'll answer them by saying this with a huge smile: "By piggin' out!!" HA! Can't wait.

Yo!

I felt the same way too~ when i realised my weight is finally cruising over to the sixties (63 kg now) from the initial 74 kg i started with.....It thrills when it goes over to another group of ten...I am now aiming for the fifties! (Hoping to reach 50kg my ideal weight!) Gosh! I have never been to the sixties!

We all are cruising slow, but steady. You go girls!

*Think of having more confidence among those guys you fancy!

*Think about having a new sensation with your body, your body didnt feel that firm before huh?

*Think about being able to dine 'in style' with your friends but still stay on track with a little stall (yah inevitable case)

*Buy any clothes you fancy!

*Tell you more when i think of new motivations~
