Default Mock Danish, revisited

I recently acquired a new microwave oven and would like to try Nat's recipe for "Mock Danish" but I cannot find it anywhere. Someone, please point me in its direction! Thanks!

I haven't tried one of those thread post things, but I believe I have the original recipe here.

2 oz. cream cheese, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon splenda, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Mix softened cream cheese and egg, add remaining ingrediants, microwave on high for 2 minutes.

I don't have a microwave and I've experimented with making them in the oven, both in muffin tins and in a bread loaf pan.
I found that I liked it with 4 oz. cream cheese, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons splenda, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons baking cocoa powder. I don't stir it hardly at all, just get the powder wet and in the egg, it turns into a great football watching treat for me, like a brownie sundae almost, though I eat it warm out of the oven, you know 350 degrees until done! (My husband is always asking how long do you cook such and such, and I say until it's done!), Really for me it's like 20 minutes maybe less but I don't preheat the oven.

Enjoy!
