I just love this site. You all have so much info on here, that I can read and read and never get to it all. One question????? What exactly is the percentage that is under everyone stats on here? Is that how much you have lost already? How do you get that under your name or does it come up once you start posting wieght loss ?

Thanks for the help. I have been stalled now for about 3 weeks at 164 and I can'r seem to break it, I will continue reading maybe I can find an answer.
