Visit www.bisquick.com website. They have many recipes that are wonderful. Just substitute Carbquick in place of Bisquick. You may have to make a few small adjustments like replacing milk with a mixture of cream and water.

If you like Pizza (and who doesn't), Carbquick makes a great pizza crust.

Nimrod,
Can I ask? What is your pizza crust recipe? I've NEVER had a low carb or carbquik pizza crust that was anything like the real thing! The carbquik ones I've made was crumbly and not chewy like a real pizza crust.

There is no pizza crust like the real thing!
I use the following recipe to help get me through my pizza urges.

Crust:
2/3 cup Carbquick
1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (this helps make the crisp crust)
1 lg egg
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Flakes
1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (for heat)
Water to make into a dough.

Bake at a high temp - 450 degrees F in a nonstick skillet so that the pizza will come clean of the pan.

Thumbs up Be sure to try the

Pat-In-The-Pan Pie Crust. It is very easy and I make several at a time and freeze them for later use. I use the s/f instant pudding for the filling. You can use the vanilla pudding and add a Divinci syrup to it as you mix. Makes it any flavor you like. 1/4 C. syrup and 1 3/4C. milk works well. My last one, I used butter rum syrup. Yummers!
