Lose weight w/o lots of veggies?
For some reason I just can't get into eating a lot of veggies. I'll eat green beans, celery, salad sometimes, but since I've been doing this I've just been eating meats, cheeses, and eggs. I just haven't had an appetite. Are there any problems with eating this way? Will I still be able to lose weight at the same rate as someone who eats veggies regularly. I'd also like to note that I've been taking vitamins everyday and drinking almost a gallon of water a day.
Any thoughts?
