Default Help - Need more calories

Hi all

It is 12:27am and I need to eat more calories ! I am not hungry, but my total calorie count for today is only 1107 ! I am sitting here munching Camembert and cherry tomatoes ( I only had 15 carbs so far today), but I don't want to overdo it on the carbs, as it is quite late. Can't eat Camembert on it's own though. I have this in the fridge:

Chocolate biscuits
Cream Cheese
Camembert
Emmental Cheese
Bacon
Eggs
Raw Pork Chop
1 Head of Cauliflower
15 Bottles of Beer
4 Bell Peppers
1 bag of Shallots
1l Milk
Little bit of double cream (need this for my morning coffee)

AARGH what do I do

I can't cook, as this would wake BF (hence the beer and chocolate biscuits)

Can you cook a little? Make mock danish with cream cheese, eggs and artificial sweetner and vanilla. I put some unsweetened chocolate powder in mine today, made a double batch with 4 oz. cream cheese and two eggs. I baked it in the oven and it was delicous. About 600 calories. (I put mine in muffin tins and got about 8 and I munched them while watching football with the husband.)

Very nice treat! My cheese had 4 carbs, the splenda had 2, the eggs 1-2, and 4 for the cocoa powder, so about 12 carbs. You could leave out the cocoa and sprinkle some cinnimon on top instead.

Hope it helps,

Elihnig

Hi

I was thinking of this, but the last one I made yesterday tated awful ! I really hated the taste and had to throw half of it away. I can't get granulated sweetener here ( apart from Aspartame) and used tablets, but it didn't taste nice at all !

Make a savory one and put some chunks of camembert and chopped bacon on top before you bake it.

Failing that, sip on a few tablespoons of olive oil. I'm dead serious.

Hi Karen

I can't stomach Olive Oil on its own ( don't like olives), but I am off to the fridge, eating Butter

2 Tablespoons should bring the calories up to 1333 (according to Fitday).

At least I will not be suffering from constipation tomorrow

Thanks
Sabine

Default hot buttered tea?

I haven't tried this, but the idea of a chamomille tea with butter and nutmeg seems a little less difficult than eating butter undiluted.

Buttered warm water?

Not exactly a hot rum toddy!
