Thumbs up Many Thank Yous to Karen

I just wanted everyone to know that I made the Pumpkin Chiffon Pie from the "Karen's Recipes" section and it's fabulous. My mom is a diabetic and she just loves Pumpkin Pie....with today being her bday and Thanksgiving, I thought it was the perfect day to make it....well, I hate Pumpkin Pie generally, but I LOVE this one. I also made a Reese's Peanut Butter cheesecake and if the beaters are any indication of how it'll taste, it's a prizewinner as well.

Thanks Karen! I just LOOOOVEEEE your recipes!

Default me too

I made it this morning toooo!!! Haven't actually had a piece, but I did my share of taste testing!!! Supper is only another 3 hours!!!

What a great birthday treat for your mom. I know most diabetics love to have a treat!

I'm also wanting to try the peanut butter cheesecake as it sounds great as well. I can only have so many goodies around at one time though!

Hope you have a nice day with your family.

Thanks Curvy!

In the introduction to the recipe I talked about how and why Pumpkin Chiffon was the only type for me. I'm happy that Chiffon is is gaining followers. Just say to baked pumpkin pie.
