Default Sunny butter

I have a new fav. food.

For those that liked peanut butter, you may find Sunny butter a good substitute. It is made from sunflower seeds,
2tblsp. serving has:
185cal
.5carb
5grams carb
18grams fat
4grams protein.

I origanally ordered it through atkins.com, but am now ordering it from the company direct at dixiediner.com. They have numerous other low crb products as well.

I'd love to know, too. I recently tried tahini (sesame butter), and although it's ok, I don't think it's my favorite. I bet sunflower seed butter would be a bit tastier.

Dixiediner.com
carries it and other low carb products.

Also, atkins.com carries it as well.

Speaking as someone with peanut allergies, sunflower seed butter tastes very similar to peanut butter.
