I haven't worked out in, what, only 20 days? That's not too bad.
Cardio: - Elliptical - 35 minutes (65 - 75 rpm) - 411 calories
Partial Weights Workout (Upper body): - Lower back (machine) pyramid/65/75/90/105/120 lbs
- Tricep dips (machine) - 3 set/12 reps - 35/45 lbs
- Rows - 3 sets/ 12 reps - 35/55 lbs
- Side extentions - 3 sets/ 12 reps - 17.5 lbs
- Calf raises (machine) - 2 sets/ 12 reps - 35 lbs
