Default Routine planned for the gym after work

Dumbbell Flyes - 10 reps/3 sets
Dumbbell Bench Presses - 10 reps/3 sets
Seated Dumbbell Presses - 10 reps/3 sets
Lateral Raises - 10 reps/3 sets
Barbell Curl - 10 reps/3 sets
French Press - 10 reps/3 sets
Bench Dips - 10 reps/3 sets

Working into it slowly since I haven't lifted in awhile, as in I can't remember the last time I lifted. I hope to be back into the BFL lifting routine by next week at the latest.

ETA: I used 8 lbs weights for all the exercises. I need to get my butt out of bed in the mornings and go when it's less crowded.

Lifting went well yesterday.

Today should be my cardio day, but I'm starting to have a run in with the stomach cramp faery and running may be too painfull. If all else fails I'll at least walk some.

Thumbs up

Yesterday I had a pretty good workout.

Walked 40 minutes 4 mph at a 2 incline in what felt to be 90 - 100 degrees (broken thermostat anyone?)
Did lower body lifting -
  • leg extentions
  • squats
  • leg curls
  • calf raises
  • side leg lifts

All 10 reps/3 sets

Also did 15 minutes stretching.

Have been naughty on the working out. I went jogging earlier this week and haven't done anything else since.

Did a little stretching and yoga this morning. I think today will be my free day exercise wise though. I'm so sore from my lifting and running over the past 2 days. I think I over did it.

I need to get a set schedule down for exercising (and eating).

I've been slacking on updating this. I've missed 2 days at the gym this week (which I'll make up this weekend). I did manage to get up early enough this morning to do pilates this morning.
