Default I whimped out!

Well, I finally had that physical done.

Checkup under the hood...done
EKG ...doing it this morning
Chest Xray ...doing it this morning
Fasting Blood Test...done

Things I can remember...

Sugar good
kidneys good
Cholesterol 4.3
LDL is 3.1

I was going to go na na na, but then she said that the LDL should now be 2.5. Wind out of sails!

I have never told this Doc I was doing LC. Maybe next time! I'm such a whimp!

Robin, you can (and, in my opinion everyone should) ask your doctor for a copy of that. They’ll be glad to make a photocopy or a printout of it for you. That way, you can keep track of your progress, get back to your numbers whenever you need to. I have heard of people who chart them on Excel! Some have even been known to carry a copy around to show disbelievers and prophets of doom concrete proof that low-carb does not translate into elevated triglycerides, LDL, etc. A potent weapon…
