Default New friend in the vending machine?

I'm on week 3 and I think I found a snack in our vending machine here. A pack of peanuts. 1oz has 170 Calories, 130 from fat, 5g total carbs, 2g fiber, 1g sugar 7g Protien.

This seems to good to be true. Is this OK on week 3???

Welcome Hungry247!

Glad you found us here.... Nuts are a pretty good snack food if you're hungry for something to munch on. Others here love those pork rinds... might want to stock up on some snacks for your desk that fit Atkins if you are a muncher.

Good luck,
Kiks

Are you still following induction? I have heard the nuts can cause you to stall, but maybe not. Give a try and see if you notice a difference.

I love munching on string cheese. Although I know I usually go over in my daily ounces..
