Default carb counter.

I am looking for a carb counter that you can put in the different ingredients of a recipe and it will give you the counts for the whole recipe and a single serving. Weight Watchers had something like that, so I was wondering if we on LC had something like it?

Another option is www.fitday.com 's PC software. For $20, it's worth it, IMHO. You can drag and drop recipe ingredients into custom recipes.

I have this, and I don't see anywhere to insert recipes, only individual foods. How do you do it?
