Hi...I love green tea and I think it is helping my wieght loss.

Fitday gives the count as 1 carb for an 8 ounce serving of brewed tea. (wait...the calorie count is 2...so since there are 4 calories in each gram of carbohydrate...I would guess they are rounding up and it would be safe to count it as 1/2 g.)

My favorite is Celestial Seasonings green tea with mint....mmmmmmmm! Doesn't even need sweetener.

I don't know...even the Atkins books say that bagged tea has no carbs, only the powder mix-ins do. I don't count it, even if I have 5 cups of my decaf green tea.

shipto - use half and half. I think you call it something else in england but i'm not sure what. It's lower in carbs than millk and tastes richer in tea. mmmm I love it!
