Good Morning Everyone!
I walked my 3 miles this morning. Last night I finished a lot of the planting in my flower bed. My knees are a little sore now. I need to make a rock border now.
I tried out my Pilates dvd. That was hard! I made it part way through it, but I'll do more each time until I can do it all. I am strong, I am invincible, I am woman, hear me ROAR! LOL, I just had to put that in!
