Question curious about carbs

Okay so I have tryed to enter in everything that I have had today-and so far it is over 33 of carbs that isn't counting dinner yet. I know that I am not suppose to be worrying about carbs but after doing Atkins I am having a hard time with it. Is it okay that I have had that much during phase 1? I did have some skim milk which bought me up to 12g of carbs. I am just wondering-

Don't know what SBD suggests for nursing/pregnant moms, but I know Atkins recommends 70-90 net carbs a day for either of those.

If you are nursing or pregnant, then your intake of food goes up. That is just sound nutrition.

There are no limits or counts for carbs on SBD. But it does matter which carbs one is eating. Skim milk? Good. (not sure if it is in the case of a nursing mother, however) Processed white flour? Not good. It's not necessarily that you are eating carbs, but the type of carbs you are eating. You may very well go over 100 - but if the carbs you are eating are good for you, then they help your body to function and are not "bad".

I am pregnant and eating about 120 net carbs a day. I actually have to use fitday to watch my calories because if I don't I will accidentally lose weight even though I am eating every two hours while I am awake. I just make sure I eat plenty of the right protein, beans, cheeses, yogurt, veggies, fruits, whole grains (including ezekial bread, brown rice, quinoa, barley even the occasional whole wheat pasta) I try to avoid all LC junk foods although every once in a while I will have a treat.

right now I have cut out all fruits and not eating any wheat products yet. I am going to keep up with phase one-and stay on top of having enough calicum. I am not worried about it effecting myself but her. Since I am not suppose to go into Ketosis then I should be fine. I just hope I lose the weight-since when I nurse I tend to gain-Thanks for the advice
