Hi,

I'm Tamara and I was born and raised in the States. I came to live in Switzerland when I was 21, right after graduating, and I've been here for 3 years! It's a beautiful country with nice people and great cheese and chocolate. Everything runs really smoothly here and I think it's a great place to raise kids. But I'm REALLY really homesick now and I think I'm ready to go back. It's hard to be so far away from my family ... in the last 3 years I've seen them maybe 2-3 weeks per year.

I'm trying to lose 7 pounds and decided to try a low carb diet. So far it's working and I feel more energetic and healthy. I'm really glad I found this forum because support always helps! Because I'm in Switzerland it's hard to find low carb products or supplements. Maybe low carb diets will catch on here someday (not that most people here need it!) Have a good day everyone!
