Talking I Love Safeway!!!

Hi All,
I just got back from Safeway where I bought the most delicious oatmeal cookies, each one only 3 net carbs and they are soft and chewy.
they also have Peanut butter cookies, blueberry and bran muffins all low carbs and cooked at there bakery. I can't wait to try them all.

Yep, Safeway is my favorite store! We have a ton of low carb stores called Castus here in the bay area and in my opinion they are just way to expensive. Love that they are there, but I can not afford $5.29 for a carton of Carb Countdown milk!

Safeway has a huge selection of low carb products at a much better price. I haven't tried their breads yet, but I hear they are good. Safeway even has the Baja Bobs margarita mixes so you know I love that

And if you want to find some real bargains, try Trader Joes. Their heavy cream is $0.99 a pint compared to the grocery store price of $1.89!

Trader Joe's has my vote. I shop there every week for my butter, cream, eggs, fish, frozen berries, most veges, etc. I go to other stores only occassionally in my area for things I can't get at Trader Joe's -- like onions (I like to choose mine individually).
