I get the lemon pepper or the BBQ ( no bbq sauce on it at all, just roasted ) ALL the time!
No Carbs in them at all-
Eat the skin, Eat the meat... mix with Mayo, thats what I do-

This is a weekly staple in my house.

Some of the barbecue sauces used on rotisserie chickens have some carbs from the tomatoes and sugars.
However, you can avoid these completely by not eating the skin.

You need to read the ingredients on the label. In my area the lemon pepper roasted chicken has 2 different types of sugar added. The barbecue roasted chicken has even more.

Our grocery stores here in Seattle have awesome roasters, but the BBQ ones are higher in carbs because of the sauce. The French Roast, Italian Roasted ones are great, low carb, quick meal, and if you're motivated, makes great soup after you've finished eating, just throw the whole thing in the crock pot, add some water/broth and you have great soup! Add some lc veges and you have some great meals too

This has been my experience too. Gotta watch the label. If it is one that doesn't say, then I don't buy it. . .

I love the MOJO from Publix here in Atlanta. The floks in the deli let me look at the seasoning pack and it has no sugar!

Most rotisserie chickens that I've bought have only rubs and not sauces. I dont really worry about it even though some rubs can be full of sugar.

Rotisserie chickens are a staple in my house - we use them to make chicken salad, and our favorite chicken tacos. The rub on the rotisseries here DO contain sugar, but it's all mostly contained to the skin so I just remove the skin. Mmmm mmm good
