Thumbs up Update

Tomorrow is 9 weeks on Adkins... and I'm officially down 23 pounds! Whoo hoo!!!

Still struggling with the water bit.... good days of lots, bad days of less.

Found a solution to my not getting enough calories. I have this wonderful chicken salad (without bread) every day for lunch. I've started adding mayo to it (making it even yummier).. and lo and behold, I'm out of my stall! Reason for not enough calories: no appetite!

Exercise on hold for a while. Had a tubal last Friday. Curious thing - when I came home a couple of hours afterwards, I weighted 4 pounds heavier than when I went it! Yikes! But by Sunday it was all gone. Must have been the IV fluid or the little fat gremlins.

Anyway, to all those still climbing upwards... hang in there! This really works, you WILL feel better - physically and emotionally. Take a day at a time and keep looking up!

Default congrats

Congratulations Shirley!
It's been 8 weeks and down 20 pounds for me so we are right about the same. I sure hope I can lose another 20 in the next 8-12 weeks. Good luck to you as well.

Thumbs up Congratulations

Way to go for your weight loss. I have lost 17lbs so far and have been stalled for the past 3 weeks. I think getting kinda blue affects me.

Keep up the good work!!!

Default Saryle - Stall

In my 9 weeks, I stalled twice. Each time two weeks.

Don't be discouraged! This will pass!!

Hang in there!!!
