Thumbs up Back on CAD and feeling positive

Just wanted to stop in and say Howdy! I've been part of this forum before but strayed away due to many things too numerous to bother listing. I've just re-read my CAD book and have just plunged back into the program without so much as weighing myself.

I enjoy reading the posts here and find lots of encouragement and hope to give some as well.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful day!

Lisa

Tess, does this plan REALLY work as well the second time around?

As you can see from my signature, the FIRST time I did PP I lost easily. Then, the FIRST time I did Atkins I lost easily.

Then when I needed to go back (because I got stupid and gained some, not all, back), neither plan worked well for me. I followed them both to the letter (no, not at the same time), but they didn't seem to work as well. It was like my body said, "Been there, done that; give me something new."

So, I'm just curious if this plan is better for someone who has tried a number of LC plans.
