Hi Everyone,
I was just wondering, is it okay to have " Source" yogurt on this low carb diet, l luv the stuff, but not sure if l should have it or not ?

Hi Lacey. It should be fine once you're beyond induction. Just keep an eye on the carb count.

Edit: I found this page with the nutrition facts on it. The carb count is pretty high on the fruit flavours. If it were me, I'd stick with plain and add my own berries and splenda.

You can acually have Full Fat Dannon yogurt, drain the yogurt in a reusable coffee filter (fro 24 hours) and then once you have a cream cheese mixture, add a SF syurp to it and you can enjoy 8oz a night and its great for Yeast Burn off. I lose weight very well on it. Others like me really believe it helps with loss. It's about 4g carbs per ½ cup. Enjoy!
